ACCESSIBLE, INCLUSIVE AND MULTI-GENERATIONAL PLAYGROUND IS COMING TO COUNTRY CHAPEL....  PLEASE HELP US MAKE THIS AWESOME PROJECT A REALITY THROUGH OUR GO FUND ME PAGE or by sending a donation to the church.  Please make note that the donation goes towards the playground.

UPDATE:  We have earned a game time grant that will help cover part of the cost of the equipment.  The equipment with shipping is $128,000.  We have raised $22,000 and sinclair Recreation cut the quote down so that we were able to purchase a portion of the equipment with some grant money.    THANK YOU to everyone who has donated to the playground.   PLEASE talk to your friends, neighbors and business owners.  We continue to raise money for installation as well as the cost of the remainder of the project.   Country Chapel is passionate about kids and physically challenged people of all ages.  we feel called to be a place where ALL feel welcome!

PLEASE consider a donation towards this project and pray.  All your efforts will help!!  100 percent of the money donated to the playground, goes towards the playground THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU!!

“...and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with your God” - Micah 6:8

Country Chapel has a variety of small groups which provide a monthly meal for The Haven of Rest Ministry in Battle Creek, Michigan. We have also given hygiene packages and warm clothing to assist the homeless population in Battle Creek.

We also support CWS (Church World Service) by being part of the Hunger Walk in Barry County. The walk happens each fall in Hastings. Watch for updates soon!

Our adult group went to Biloxi Mississippi to help victims of hurricane Katrina, while our youth have gone to West Virginia to help flood victims and to the Cherokee Indian Nation in Oklahoma, which was devastated by tornadoes. We plan at least one trip every other year for both youth and adults.

During Vacation Bible School our children participate in activities to assist a different mission each year.

More recently we have supported Tsunami Relief, the Haiti Task Force and missionaries in Jamaica and India.

Each year, we take on a different mission project as a congregation.  In 2011, our Christmas Mission Project was to sponsor a well to provide clean water to a village in Malawi in Africa.  This well now provides 600 gallons of water a day for 150 people who were living in poverty.
